Our RP Agreement is designed to support customers who have a need for technical assistance, but are not looking for complete management. The RP Agreement fills this need by providing unlimited phone and remote support during regular business hours. Should the need arrive, the RP Agreement also provides reduced rate on-site service. Customers who choose the RP Agreement also have the added benefit of reduced rates on after-hours and emergency services.
Looking for complete management of your I.T. without the additional cost of hiring a full-time employee? Then our Maintenance Agreement is the most comprehensive solution HSS offers.
Our Maintenance Agreement is designed for complete management of your computer network and systems by regular on-site visitations where we take care of your issues and then review your network infrastructure. By providing this service we can potentially reduce the possibility of system outages and downtime. As with all of our contacts, we do not force long-term commitments to keep our customers, but instead rely on building solid business relationships.
